Shipments
Standard Shipment: Your order will be sent via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx based on the size and weight or your order. Standard Shipping is the most economical shipping method and typically takes 3-8 business days from the shipping date to arrive unless due to holidays or weather inclement.
Standard Air Mail*: Standard Air Mail is the most economical international shipping method and typically arrives at your local post office within 3-25 business days from the date shipped. This service will deliver your order to your local post office and does not provide tracking once your order has been shipped.
Second Day: Your order will be sent via USPS. 2 Day shipping typically takes 2 full business days from the shipping date to arrive. USPS 2 Day shipping cannot be used for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available. A signature is required for this type of shipment.
Ship When Item Comes In Stock (Pre-ordered Items)
The "Ship When Item Comes In Stock " option may be selected if you wish to have items shipped to you as soon as they arrive from our suppliers (or if your order contains a mix pre-order items). Pre-order items are identified by "This product will be in stock". This option allows items to be delivered to you when they become available. Note: Shipping is charged only for those items that are sent, but actual charges for shipping the order may vary.
Overdue Shipments
Orders that are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority and Express can be tracked via the tracking number that you receive in your e-mail. Before reporting trackable shipments as lost, please check with the shipping service and then any household members to see if they have signed for the package in your absence. Please remember that some shipping companies such UPS sometimes will leave packages on the front or back porch, behind posts, in garages, or any secure place which cannot be easily seen by the public.
For non-trackable shipping methods, our policy is to wait a minimum of 15 business days before declaring a US order as lost. Usually all items are received within 5-7 business days or less. We wait initially 30 business days for any shipments outside the U.S..
