Review

Straight off the gutter streets of Memphis Tennessee, Kinfolk Thugs keep it Gangsta! A product of their environment, they depict real street stories, and tales of hustlin' in the streets that raised them. Comprised of G.C. Eternal and Mr. Tyme Bomb they are two Mc's at the top of their game, combining cocky deliveries with a gangsta swagger so evident that many are already calling them the best to ever rep the M-Town. G.C. Eternal has a flow that is razor sharp, and an unrivaled knack for creating hit concepts. Mr. Tyme Bomb exudes a confident swagger and has a southern Twang that is very evident in his laid back flow or amped up gangsterisms. "The Streets love how we represent" claims G.C. Eternal. You can visualize through their lyrics the passion they possess for giving it to the streets raw and uncut, but also educating the consumer on the downfalls of living the streetlife. Two completely different individuals who form a chemistry that is unrivaled. "There is something in both of us that you can relate to" says Bomb.

Locked and Loaded with DJ Devin Steel (#1 Afternoon Drive DJ in Memphis WHRK and Club DJ) by their side, Kinfolk Thugs have taken thousands on a ride through the dirty dirty with their volume 2 mixtape. which was featured in "The Source" magazine under "best of the best of" section for best mixtapes in the country July 2005. That praise has recently gotten the attention of most of the major record companies and they are now in a bidding war for the rights to release the "We Don't Play That" album which was originally scheduled to be dropped independently, however that will no longer be the case as the album will be a joint venture between FlyPaper Entertainment and a major. They were also recently nominated for a Southern Entertainment Award for mixtape of the year. "We Don't Play That" featuring Pretty City Chick is the first single on the radio and is also featured on TVT artist Yo Gotti's compilation album The Blackout Squad.

They already live the life of a "signed" artist ex. Big Rims, Truck, Drop Tops, Jewelry, big wads of cash, etc. The streets belong to Kinfolk Thugs. Watch out or get your ass stomped and stepped over! ~ Flypaper Entertainment
